
ABOUT
Danya Kaufmann is a writer and mother living in Jerusalem. ​She holds a Master's in Law (LL.M.) from Columbia University, and a B.A. in the "Amirim" Humanities Honors Program, as well as an LL.B. in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. ​​After working as a senior advisor to the Minister of Social Equality (back when that was a thing), and as an attorney at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, Danya served as Strategic Account Manager at a solar energy startup in Jerusalem. ​

Her writing has been published in TIME magazine, The Jerusalem Post and elsewhere, and she has participated in the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference and Kenyon Review Writers' Workshop.

She's currently writing a memoir about motherhood, war and IVF.
