
ABOUT
Danya Kaufmann is a writer and mother living in Jerusalem. ​​Her work has been published in TIME, The Jerusalem Post, The Forward, The Times of Israel and elsewhere, and she has participated in the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference and Kenyon Review Writers' Workshop.
Danya holds a Master's in Law (LL.M.) from Columbia University, and a B.A. in the "Amirim" Humanities Honors Program, as well as an LL.B. in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. ​​After working as a senior advisor to the Minister of Social Equality (back when that was a thing), and as an attorney at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, Danya served as Strategic Account Manager at a solar energy startup in Jerusalem. ​

She's currently at work on a memoir about infertility, motherhood and war.
